About Vance Pipeworks

Raymond Cummings owns and operates Vance Pipeworks in Clear Lake, Minnesota. He has spent over a decade in the plumbing trade, working on residential remodels, new construction, and commercial projects.

Before starting Vance Pipeworks, Raymond worked on ground-up apartment buildings. That work involved planning supply and drain systems, coordinating rough-in work with other trades, and installing fixtures before residents moved in.

Today, he works directly with homeowners and general contractors. When you call about a project, Raymond is the person who discusses the scope, schedules the work, and handles the plumbing.

Kitchen and bathroom remodels are a particular focus. He also installs water heaters, replaces aging pipes, and takes on new construction and commercial fixture work within 60 miles of Clear Lake.
